Can you Please check the following things and then reply :-
1. Did RTK4TFS Service is running? (You can check this by running the service from the shortcut created in “StartMenu--> All Programs--> RTK4TFS Service” and on browser “Service Unavailable” is not coming).
a. If Service is not running then please verify that did you entered the correct user name and password of user with administrative rights.
b. If Service is running then check the service path is exactly same as provided in service installation. It can be verified from RTK4TFS User Interface web.config.
i. Service path is contained in “ServiceAddress” key of RTK4TFS User Interface web.config.
ii. web.config is located in folder where RTK4TFS User Interface is installed (DefaultDrive:\Program Files (x86)\eDev Technologies\).
2. Try to run RTK4TFS from the computer name(eg: http://[computername]:8028) or you can directly run it from shortcut menu in “StartMenu--> All Programs--> RTK4TFS User Interface”.
3. Did QLM Service is approachable at the server in which service is installed?
a. QLM service path is http://quicklicensemanager.com/edevte...
Just paste this url in browser and If the QLM Server Page opened than the QLM Service is approachable else it is not.
4. Finally, send us the RTK4TFS User Interface "Web.Config" file for further investigation (Default Drive:\Program Files (x86)\eDev Technologies\RequirementsToolkit4TFS User Interface).
