Are you able to connect via Visual studio/Team Explorer? If yes, then please send us SmartWord4TFS log file after connection.
For SmartWord4TFS you can find its log in the %TEMP% Folder. Just open your RUN window and type %temp% there and it will open the Temp Folder and there search for SmartWord4TFS log files and send us.
Else we can do a brief GoToMeeting session tomorrow so that I can investigate the issue and try to resolve it too?
