Hi,
You need to setup alternate authentication credentials for your VSTS instance, as this is a requirement from Microsoft, when DevOps has to be accessed by an external application extension.
Refer to the image below to see how to setup the alternate authentication credentials for your VSTS instance. First go to your User settings and click Alternate credentials.
In the Security section, go to the alternate credentials tab and follow the steps and click save. Log out from VSTS and connect again, then access the MR4DevOps tabs under the work hub. Simply under any alternative login credentials ones. You only need to use your DevOps/VSTS credentials to login to MR4DevOps, you will only be needing those credentials just in case if you have some difficulty logging into MR4DevOps.
