In our new version which you can download from www.modernrequirements.com we have made improvements over our previous versions on stability.
Let us kow if this still happens with the new version. BTW which version of Word are you using (2010 or 2013?)

I am using Word 2013. We have not purchased licenses yet. We are evaluating. I clicked the link you provided above and filled out a new Trial form, but the version to download is 3.1.1.3, which is the version I am currently running. Is there a newer version?
