Hi Harold,
Once you publish the Requirements or test cases or any object from inteGREAT or any other application to TFS, it is not possible to delete them. TFS doesn't allow the work Items to be deleted.
The best and the recommended way is to mark those work items as closed and in the Query consider only those Workitems whose status is not equal to closed.
Then genearet the traceability matrix, it will not show those work Items.
