Hi,
If you don’t want to lose track change information then you can create a copy of the same document as backup, and then either do the Reject Change OR Accept Change and then publish the data to TFS. And with 'no markup' also you can't publish so you have to perform either the accept\reject and then you can publish to the TFS.
