It seems to be the Visio compatibility issue (see the attached image). Kindly do the following to resolve the issue.
1. Open the Process and go to View tab and go to the saved layout tab. (Refer Image 1.png)
2. Select the appropriate process (Use Case) click on the check boxes and click on discard button. (Refer Image 2.png)
3. For the Use Case go to the format and click on format tab and click on save layout again, and generate the process. (Refer Image 3.png)
