Thanks for using SmartOffice4TFS.
We haven’t added this configuration setting into it yet. But I think that’s an awesome idea! Having it would definitely increase our product’s usability.

We have actually implemented Traceability Matrix in inteGREAT4TFS (browser app). The intersection matrix was released a couple of months ago. In a couple of weeks we will release the horizontal matrix. The ability to choose link types & columns for each work item type - is work we have already started and should be released this summer (July/Aug).
