Firstly, please download our latest SmartWord4TFS version (RTM) from the following link:

It seems that process template has been updated that’s why it won’t allow user to connect.
“Bug.Attachments not found in new Bug” occurs due to this particular attachment field has been deleted from process template.
Note: Although we do support addition of new controls but we do not support deletion of control(s) in “Update process template” feature.

As I said in the original message, the process template regarding the Bug work item has not been changed at all and no controls have been deleted, so that is not the cause of this issue.
However, the problem vanished when I updated SmartWord manually to the latest version (apparently the autoupdater does not do it's job).
