For inteGREAT4TFS:
Kindly attach log files required to identify issue occurring at your end. Please find below locations from where they can be found.
1) %systemdrive%\inetpub\wwwroot\walog-------------\\ Complete folder in zip format.
· 2) <Default Drive>:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Temp\MSI*.LOG---------\\ All files with name starting with MSI and ending with .LOG
· 3) %Public%\Documents\WorkItemBaseline4TFS_QLM_Logs.txt

· VS/TE Version:
· Product Key with TFS user name:
Similarly, for SmartOffice4TFS products:

Select relevant files from location, zip them and attach with issue description in ticket.
