Why am i getting this error "There is no user exist in Application group" on Review Request form in iG4TFS?
When i am trying to create a new review request in our test environment, the application shows the following warning message: "There is no user exist in Application group". Controls to complete the action are disabled at this point.
Actually inteGREAT4TFS only displays those users whose "Preferred email" has been set. If there is no user available with preferred email; this message would be displayed. Please add "Preferred email" of required users. [Refer to attached snapshot below for further clarification]
There is also a scenario that preferred Email has already been set and even then this eroor is ocurring; THIS COULD ONLY BE HAPPENED IF you have inteGREAT4TFS old build previous version than inteGREAT4TFS 2016 update 2. so for that one reason could be due to REDIS. If Redis is missing on machine where inteGREAT4TFS is installed; this issue would occur. Please download latest build from website and it would install Redis and autoconfigure it self alongwith SmartWord4TFS.
