Please click on the link to download the required dll file: https://smartoffice4tfs.blob.core.win...
Steps to follow:
1. Go to the installation directory of SmartWord i.e. C:\Program Files\eDev Technologies\SmartWord4TFS 2017 Update 2
2. "Newtonsoft.Json.DLL" file would be found there, existing version of this dll is Version 8, so first make a copy of existing file i.e. remove it from the location and copy it to some other location as backup.
3. Now please place downloaded new Newtonsoft.Json.DLL (version 9) on same location.
4. Find file with name “SmartOfficeWordAddIn.dll.config” in the installation folder. 5. Open it in notepad (or any editor) and edit line # 87. Change it as mentioned below : <bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-9.0.0.0" newVersion="9.0.0.0" /> Now restart MS-Word and try again.
Hope fully it will resolve your issue.
