Incase an email is not attached, please see that the subject is provided in an email. Email without a subject won’t be able to attach.
Please see,in the image provided, subject field is empty.

I am unable to attach an email to an existing work item.Why is this so?
It popped an error message “Unable to attach an Email(s)” while attaching an email to existing work item.
